Reservations  for your Mt. Rainier vacation rental can be done quickly, even for tonight!

All Reservations require:

A.  50% of all rent and fees are due at time of booking - Reservations are not final until monies are received.
B.  50% due 30 days prior to date of occupancy.

C.  A completed, signed rental contract is emailed separately through Adobe

GETTING STARTED (all words in blue below are links):

  1. GO to the RATES page.  Based on amenities, price, size and/or age of your group, CHOOSE the house/houses to suit your needs.
  2. CHECK the calendar availability link of choice: Rainier View Lodge, Bugling Elk Bungalow, Hall Creek Cabin or Mountainside Chalet THEN
    1. GO TO the Reservation Form  OR
    2. EMAIL marilly.bnwlodging@gmail.com   OR
    3. CALL 971-275-5243 (Marilly's cell) or 503-288-0459 (home/office) always PROVIDING:
      1. Your name & address
      2. Email address
      3. Phone number
      4. Arrival and departure dates
      5. Full name AND age of everyone in your group - Once we have all this information, we generate an invoice (documenting all rent and fees)
  3. PAYMENTS: Paper checks are no longer accepted! Debit/Credit payments can be made through PayPal with additional fee (3% domestic - 4% international) or HomeAway/VRBO with service fee.
  4. RENTAL CONTRACT emailed separately through Adobe.  INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. You will receive an email that reads, "Please sign the RVL, BEB, HCC or MSC contract" in the subject line. Open it and find a picture of the document on the left side with information on the right. Click on the blue lettering that reads, "Click here to review and sign RVL, BEB, HCC or MSC contract." Once inside the document, you will see a yellow tab that says, "Start." All fields that require information are in yellow. Place your cursor in each field and type in the specific information, then advance your cursor to the next field. On number 4, you click on the number (representing the number of guests staying). At the bottom of each page you will see the initials box w/red asterisk (*). When you click on it, you are offered the choice of typing or signing . I couldn't get the crazy thing to allow my free hand and settled for typing. You may want to just choose that option as well. It was the same for the signature. Once you have completed all fields, initials and signature, choose "Click to sign," at the bottom of the final page, and you are done. It is sent from "The Cloud" and returns to "The Cloud". I am notified of both actions and can then view it as desired.
    2. Be sure to read the message that references the FEE TOTAL which is included within parentheses (i.e. $0,000.00). In order for that document to be legal and binding, it needs your signature and the FEE TOTAL. If you have questions about the agreement, please contact me. 
  5. CONFIRMATION is emailed when both the payment and calendar are received - About a week prior to date of occupancy, driving directions, access codes, and procedures are emailed.
