Reservations

Your Mt. Rainier vacation rental reservation can be done quickly, even for tonight or . . .

IF YOU ARE 40 DAYS OR MORE FROM YOUR DESIRED RESERVATION DATES . . .

1. Go to the Dates button below or on the Cabins page, and check the calendar to determine if your dates are available.   If your dates are available,


2. Notify us by email (marilly@bnwlodging.com) of your interest, with the following information: exact arrival and departure dates, names and ages of all occupants, and home, work, and cell numbers.


3. We will send you 2 invoices (via email) through Pay Pal.  One for the $200.00 refundable security deposit, the second to detail the total rent with fees and taxes.  These invoices are NOT a bill if you pay by paper check, but only for your information.  You will need the total from the detailed invoice so you can input it on line item #5 in the rental contract [minus the Pay Pal fee-if you pay by paper check].


4. Go to the link below and choose the downloadable Rental Contract for either the Rainier View Lodge or Hall Creek Cabin.  Click and print your contract, fill in all the blanks, and ...
   1. Return by land mail to: 3917 NE 91st Ave., Portland, OR 97220   (**you can include your paper check for the security deposit - remember reservations are not secured until monies are received).
   2. Scan and send via email: marilly@bnwlodging.com
   3. Fax to: 503-526-2865.


5. Pay your security deposit by . . .
   1. Paper check: **made out to Fred Morton, for the refundable $200.00 security deposit.
   2. Using Pay Pal. There will be no fee assessed to this deposit if it is refunded before 60 days.


6. Make your Rental Payment (Must be received no later than 30 days prior to date of reservation) by . . .
   1. Paper check: made out to Fred Morton, for the full amount.
   2. If you choose Pay Pal, there is an additional fee (3% domestic, 4% international)

Follow the above directions for 40 days or more, but you MUST use Pay Pal with additional fees, and you MUST transmit the contract via email or fax.
