Reservations  for your Mt. Rainier vacation rental can be done quickly, even for tonight!

ALL Reservations require payment in full and a completed, signed rental contract.

  1. Go to the RATES page.  Based on amenities, price, size and/or age of your group, CHOOSE the house/houses that correctly suit your needs.
  2. CHECK your dates of availability by using the calendar link of your choice: Rainier View Lodge, Bugling Elk Bungalow, Hall Creek Cabin or Mountainside Chalet 
  3. EMAIL marilly@bnwlodging.com or CALL 503-288-0459 (home/office) or 971-275-5243 (Marilly's cell).  Please provide:  1.  Your name  2.  Email address  3.  Phone number  4.  The name and age of everyone in your group, along with  5.  Your dates of arrival and departure.  Once we have your information, we can provide you with an invoice, documenting all rent and fees.
  4. PAYMENT can be made using PayPal OR, if there is sufficient time, a paper check (made payable to: Fred Morton) can be sent to: 3917 NE 91st Ave., Portland, OR  97220.  Marilly must confirm there is sufficient time. We require payment in full 30 days prior to your date of occupancy.
  5. The CONTRACT can be found at this rental contract link or by hovering over RESERVATIONS.  Select your document, open it, print it off, read it, fill it out, sign it, and return to us.  You can FAX it to (503-575-2414), SCAN and EMAIL it to marilly@bnwlodging.com or, if time allows, MAIL the contract with your paper check.  Save a tree and postage by printing both sides of your paper.
  6. When your reservation is complete, we will email confirmation.  About a week prior to your date of occupancy, we will email directions, access codes, and procedures.
